TWIN CREEKS MASTERPLAN

Our proposal creates a riparian regional park that is woven into new walkable, mixed use neighborhoods along the creek.

Due to seasonal flooding of the creeks, large portions of the adjacent properties are not appropriate for development. Our proposal takes the small wedges of land and ties them together as a new regional park. The park becomes the basis for siting new clusters of mixed use housing and neighborhood town centers. A new riparian urbanism emerges that directly links development to the protection of natural resources, resulting in walkable dense communities immersed in nature.
