Our La Brea Mixed Use project is a 169 unit development with housing and ground level retail.

The landscape includes streetscape, a 25,000 sf podium amenity deck and roof decks with views of the Hollywood Hills. The concept for the main landscape space, on the podium level, is to create a lush garden throughout the whole courtyard, punctuated with programmed 'rooms.' These rooms provide a variety of spaces for casual recreation, ranging from social spaces with fire tables and built-in lounge seating to a raised pool area for larger gatherings. A series of linear pathways connect the rooms and float over the verdant landscaped garden.
