TRACTION DISTRICT

Third and Traction is new creative community in the heart of the arts district of Downtown LA.

The project will bring a new retail and restaurant experience to the district that is tied together through a series of outdoor spaces. These spaces include a rooftop restaurant, private roof gardens and an alley plaza. Superjacent collaborated to provide design direction for all aspects of the outdoor experience of the project, choreographing multiple public facing users and private tenants.
