We have an immediate openings for a mid-level landscape designer who is enthusiastic, creative, ready to join a fast-paced design studio working at all scales from gardens to masterplans.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in a landscape architecture, urban design or architecture office.

Exceptionally strong design and visualization skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a collaborative studio environment.

Knowledge of planting design, materials, and skills: technical aspects of landscape architecture and design.

Construction documents and specification experience.

Construction administration experience, as well as experience coordinating with a range of consultants including civil, electrical, and structural engineers.

Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design

Experience with Autocad and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Hand-drawing and Modeling

Revit, Rhino, and Enscape experience is a plus

Located in the Los Angeles Metro area. This position is split remote and in the office.

Compensation:

-Salary $72,000-$78,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role at the time of posting.

Agency Artifact is currently accepting applications from students and recent graduates for our quarterly internship program.

Available internship periods:

• Winter: January – March

• Spring: April – June

• Summer: July – September

• Fall: October – December

Applicants should clearly indicate in their application which quarter(s) they are interested in. Each internship runs approximately 12 weeks, during which interns will contribute to project teams by supporting:

• Research and GIS Mapping

• Digital drafting, modeling and renderings

• Marketing Materials and Social Media

• Graphic presentations and design studies

Requirements:

• Strong academic standing

• Proficiency in a wide range of design software applications
